BARBARA VAUGHAN

Barbara Vaughan, a retired Mansfield Public Schools Suzuki violin teacher of 37 years, continues to serve her community through music and civic engagement. A member of the Human Rights Commission and Medical Reserve Corps volunteer, she is running for her fourth term on the Board of Assessment Appeals.
