Dr. Carlita R. B. Cotton is a decorated Air Force veteran, professor, and Mansfield Town Councilor. She advocates for veterans, educational equity, and racial justice, serves on several local boards, and is a CT Veterans Hall of Fame inductee and Veterans Affairs Board of Trustees appointee. Carlita is running for her second term on the Council.
